Making a Reservation
We’re glad you’re choosing to stay with us. To secure your booking at Lotus Bungalows Candidasa, a down payment is required at the time of reservation. Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email containing your reservation details and reference number.
Please review your booking details carefully before completing your reservation, including your check-in date, length of stay, room type, and number of guests. If you notice anything that needs correcting, reach out to us as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to help sort it out.
Reservations are made in your name and are non-transferable to another guest without prior approval from Lotus Bungalows Candidasa.
Cancellations and Changes
We understand that plans can change. Cancellation and change terms depend on the rate type, booking channel, travel period, and conditions confirmed at the time of reservation.
For Pay Now Rate bookings, reservations are non-refundable and no date changes, modifications, or cancellations are permitted once the booking is confirmed.
For Flexible Rate bookings made online, the following cancellation terms apply:
- Cancellations received up to 15 days before arrival are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations received from 14 to 7 days before arrival will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received from 7 days before arrival, no-shows, or early departures will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
For offline or agent bookings, the following general cancellation terms may apply:
Regular Season
- Cancellations received 21 to 14 days before arrival will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received 13 to 7 days before arrival will be subject to a 75% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received 6 days or less before arrival will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
High Season
20 December to 6 January and 20 July to 30 September
- Cancellations received 45 to 31 days before arrival will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received 30 to 16 days before arrival will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received 15 to 7 days before arrival will be subject to a 75% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received 6 days or less before arrival will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
Date changes are treated as cancellations and require a new booking. Any new booking is subject to availability and the applicable terms at the time of request.

Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in at Lotus Bungalows Candidasa is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 noon.
If you would like to request an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance. Requests are subject to availability and may be subject to an additional charge.
On arrival, please have your booking confirmation ready along with a valid form of identification. Our team will be on hand to welcome you and help you settle in.
Pool and Beach Access
Our infinity pool and beach area are available exclusively for registered guests of Lotus Bungalows. Pool access is available daily from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. We ask that guests observe all posted poolside guidelines and be mindful of other guests enjoying the space.
Children are welcome at Lotus Bungalows and must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times around the pool and beach area. Lotus Bungalows reserves the right to temporarily close pool or beach facilities for maintenance, safety, or weather-related reasons.Â
Payments and Rates
Payment details for accommodation bookings will be confirmed at the time of reservation. All rates are subject to applicable government taxes and service charges, which will be communicated clearly before your booking is confirmed.
We accept cash and credit card payments for additional purchases at the resort. In accordance with Indonesian banking regulations, all credit card transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
For cash payments, we accept Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), Euros (EUR), and US Dollars (USD). US Dollar notes must be issued after 2013 and be in good condition.

Getting Here
Lotus Bungalows is located on the main Candidasa strip on Bali’s east coast, approximately 85 km and 1.5 hours by car from Ngurah Rai International Airport in Denpasar, and 15 minutes from Padang Bai Harbour.
Airport transfers can be arranged through us at an additional charge. Please let us know when booking or at least 24 hours before your arrival so we can have everything ready.
Facilities and Inclusions
All rooms include air conditioning, a fridge and mini bar, safety deposit box, and complimentary coffee and tea-making facilities. Each room has a private bathroom with hot and cold water shower.
Hairdryers are available upon request through Reception. To support our sustainability initiatives, refillable drinking water pitchers are provided.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all public areas. Beach beds and beach towels are provided at the pool and beach area. Evening turn-down service, laundry service, and extra beds are available on request.
Baby cots and babysitter service are available upon request. Please inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements before your arrival.
Respect for the Property and Other Guests
Lotus Bungalows is a peaceful retreat. We ask all guests to be considerate of the environment and of those around them, during early mornings and evenings. Excessive noise or behaviour that disrupts the comfort of other guests may result in us asking you to vacate the property.
We kindly ask that guests take care of the bungalows and shared spaces. Any damage to property caused by guests may be charged accordingly.
Personal Belongings and Liability
While we take every care to ensure a safe and comfortable environment, Lotus Bungalows Candidasa cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during your stay.
We recommend keeping valuables secure and making use of the in-room safety deposit box provided.
Guests use all property facilities at their own risk. If you have any safety concerns during your stay, please don’t hesitate to speak with our team. We’re always here to help.

You’re more than welcome to capture your stay at Lotus Bungalows for personal use, we love seeing guests enjoy the property. If you’d like to share your photos online, we’d be delighted if you tagged us.
Commercial photography or video production on the premises requires prior written consent from Lotus Bungalows management. Drone usage is not permitted without approval in line with local regulations.
